SNOW DAY AT HOME.......NO SCHOOL!

Yesterday morning started off normal. It started snowing really hard around 11:00 am so we ended up leaving church early to make sure we got the kids home safe. On the way home we met a stranded motorist. The boys jumped out of the van and started pushing the ladies car. They finally got her moving and back on the road again. Amazing what you can do with a van full of strong teenage boys. We came home and had lunch then they all headed out for a snowball fight. One boys cottage teamed up against another and the snowballs were flying. I'm not really sure who won. I enjoyed the fight wrapped up in a blanket watching out the window in laughter. The dog seemed to enjoy the snow as well. Although it was almost as deep as her legs. Gary got a home made sled and pulled Ethan round with the 4-wheeler. They had a blast doing that. When the day was all said and done we had a house full of wet clothes, frosted fingers and red faced kids. They had a blast though! Thank you Lord for your blessings. They were very much enjoyed and needed.
